Return Policy

At Precision PC, LLC, every system is custom-built to order. Because each build is tailored to your exact specifications, we are unable to offer returns or refunds once components have been ordered and the assembly process has begun.

1. Custom Build Orders

All custom computer builds, configurations, and component orders are considered final sale once payment is received and parts procurement begins. We take great care in ensuring each build meets or exceeds your requested specifications and undergoes thorough testing before delivery or shipment.

If you experience any issues with your system after delivery, please refer to our 15-day limited craftsmanship warranty, which covers assembly and setup workmanship.

2. Manufacturer Warranties

All hardware components used in our builds are brand new and covered under their respective manufacturer warranties. In the event of a component defect, we will assist you in identifying the part and provide documentation to support your warranty claim with the manufacturer.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items and services are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Custom-built computers and configured systems
  • Opened or installed components
  • Digital services, diagnostics, or labor fees
  • Special-order or discontinued parts

4. Exceptions

We may, at our discretion, consider a partial refund or exchange only if:

  • No components have been ordered or assembled
  • The request is made within 48 hours of the original order confirmation

All exceptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Shipping Damage

If your system or components arrive damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and guide you through replacement or repair options where applicable.
