1. General

By purchasing or requesting services from Precision PC, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all custom-built systems, services, and transactions conducted through precisionpc.us.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All quotes and estimates are based on current market pricing and component availability. Prices are subject to change prior to final confirmation. We will make every reasonable effort to provide accurate, up-to-date pricing information.

Each custom build includes a $200 build fee or 20% of the total build cost (whichever is less). This fee covers sourcing, assembly, cable management, OS installation, BIOS tuning, and system testing. The build fee will not exceed your provided budget when included in the estimate.

3. Component Substitutions

Because each build is bespoke, component availability and market pricing may fluctuate. If a specific part from your original quote becomes unavailable or experiences a significant cost change, we may substitute it with a comparable or higher-quality component of equal or greater value and performance. We will make every reasonable effort to notify you of substitutions prior to final assembly. In cases where a part cannot be reasonably substituted, a revised quote will be provided for your approval.

4. Warranty

All builds include a 15-day limited warranty covering assembly and setup. This warranty applies to craftsmanship-related issues only. Component warranties are provided and managed directly by their respective manufacturers. Only new, genuine components are used in every build, and all manufacturer warranties apply in full.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Precision PC offers local pickup, local delivery, and U.S. shipping. Systems are fully tested prior to delivery. Once a system is picked up or shipped, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer. Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier availability.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their intended use, performance needs, and configuration preferences. Precision PC is not responsible for performance limitations resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

7. Returns and Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of each build, all sales are final once parts have been ordered. Cancellations prior to part procurement may be refunded at our discretion. Returns are not accepted except in cases of confirmed assembly error or component defect under warranty.

8. Intellectual Property

All original content on precisionpc.us, including text, graphics, logos, and media, is the property of Precision PC, LLC. Some product images, brand logos, or component photos are the property of their respective owners and used under fair use or for identification purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

Precision PC, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific build or service in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States of America.
